order of the universe

In the orient the tao is god, the order of the universe, the dharma

For a long time now I have set myself the challenge of explaining this eternal principle to Western peoples; my headquarters, a tiny garret in the heart of Paris, my resources, a life of poverty. The task? To bring those who have been brainwashed by a materialistic and purely scientific way of thinking to a true understanding of the world, that is, to an appreciation of the Unique Principle. This little book is only a preface to the Order of the Universe.

In summary, the Three Stages of Life are:

1. Infinite expansion (World without beginning or end);
2. The spiral (the polarization of yin and yang) that is, the world of inorganic beings;
3. Organic beings, (apperance of living beings) that is, the world of life.

The Third Stage of Llife is what we know as our daily existence in this world. The second stage is the world of Death. So Death is the mother of Life. Life is a passage by which living beings are liberated from the finite world to enter the First World (the Infinite, God), beginning at the human level, ascending through the animal and vegetable worlds, then on through the worlds of stars and elements, elemental particles, energy, the two poles of yin and yang, returning finally to the infinite world.

We call that First World: Brahman, Atman, God, Spirit, Amida, Tai-Chi (Tai-Kyoku), Father, the Infinite, Nothingness, Emptiness, etc.

Stages 2 and 3 are characterized by changeability and uncertainty; they are the stuff of everyday life, passing worlds filled with illusion.

The First Stage, infinite expansion without beginning or end, penetrates into Stages 2 and 3 where it is given names like the Holy Spirit, the Tao, Yin-Yang, Dharma, etc.

One who in the Third Stage of Life teaches the Tao and the Dharma, offering the gift of peace to all people, is called sangha, son, saint, etc.

And so that is how we can grasp the true meaning of the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) or of the Three-fold Treasure (the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.)

Many miraculous cures, many experiences of renewed body and spirit obtained through the macrobiotic medicine of the Orient show the superiority of this philosophy of the Far East in explaining the Three Stages of Life.

In my opinion science is the god of our times. All the more reason we must seek the true God, the Infinite, the Absolute, the Empty - in short, the Unique Principle, which manifests in the realitive world. (1)
